We shot this in the empty wards at the Weskoppies psychiatric hospital. We got to dress this period style orphanage from scratch. We had a very considered colour palette and aesthetic. The objective was to make the orphanage look cold and uninviting, every frame pushed this narrative. I love how far we were allowed to push this, chicken licken is an incredible client and any job for this brand is a dream!
