The overall look had a highly considered colour palette, working together with brand colours and costume department. There is a lot of detail placed in background set dressing as well as character creation, everything was well considered and each frame tells a full story. The art direction is there to amplify the story as well as the comedy.

The Opening scene was shot on an empty street in downtown Jo’burg. We had to create the exterior cinema and planted a lot of easter eggs in the form of movie posters with empty stomach graphics. My team also had to create the Blue mini mart in an empty store.All other scenes are shot in existing locations. A suburban home which we set dressed as a house party and student digs, a night club and a french looking neighbourhood.
