I’m Kezia, art director/ production designer currently living in Edinburgh. Originally from South Africa I’ve now been living in Scotland for a full 3 years and am basically local. I finally understand a Glaswegian accent, know where to get some good scran and understand the importance of an “iron bru run” on a shoot day.

I have 19 years experience in the film and television industry as a stylist, art director and production designer. I studied a BA film at AFDA, majoring in production design. After bunking many lectures to make internal corporate promos for banks and angsty low budget music videos (and steaming dim sum in a sushi restaurant by night) , I got my degree.

I worked my way up to styling commercials and local tv series. Somewhere in-between steaming the suits of a sweaty mariachi band, and dressing a grown man as a zebra, I realised I was done with the wardrobe department and became an art director. I have art directed well over 200 commercials in a variety of different genres. I’ve worked on music videos, short films, stills and production designed a 3 full features.
